These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shop.caslova.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from OBOXGLOBAL LLC ("Caslova", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors and textures can look different depending on your screen, and handmade or natural materials can vary slightly from piece to piece. Product dimensions are listed on each product page where available.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The total you pay, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is processed securely by third-party payment processors. We may correct pricing errors; if an item was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order for a full refund. Charges appear on your statement as OBOXGLOBAL LLC.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the items to you. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Caslova or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caslova is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
